Windows Live Writer –Review

I have been blogging for quite a time now(though not very regular) ,posting using the in browser way provided by the host . Got to know about windows live writer and tried it today . I really liked it , in fact this post i am writing in live writer only- it rocks .

Live writer makes the bloggers life so much easier .Things i liked are :-

1)As its offline desktop application , its fast-no more waiting for the post to be loaded in the browser to edit it .

2)Provides many editing features including spell check etc.

3)We can add photos, videos albums, all .They are uploaded to net(as per the set option ) when you publish the post .

4)Much more flexibility with photos –their positioning, size .In Blogger web interface you can only put photos in predefined position and sizes(if you are not editing html ).

5)A simple manager for all your blogs in one place . Type a post and publish it in whichever blog you want .

6)Preview Feature is good .When you add new blog , it downloads the template , so no net connection needed to preview your post ,thus very interactive

 

The best thing is –Its Simple and Saves a lot of time .
